SDE builds second sea wave power plant in China

Greentech Lead Asia: SDE, a sea wave energy
technology provider, announced that it is nearing the completion of
the second sea wave power plant in a series of 3 power plants
in Guangzhou, China. SDE has signed an export agreement with
Chinese partners to sell sea wave power plants for a total sum
of 1.2 million U.S. Dollars.

The 150 kW sea wave power plants are manufactured
in Israel, except the buoys part of the system that will be assembled
in China. This is the 12thpower plant constructed by SDE and the
2nd one that will be assembled in China.

SDE’s technology uses sea wave motion to generate
hydraulic pressure, which is then transformed into electricity. SDE’s system
produces clean energy without detrimental effects on the environment.

This 150 kW power plant would be the
12th power plant SDE is constructing over all, and the 2ed one
that will be assembled in China.

The Company also has a large module system in its factory
in Israel that stimulates wave movement and electricity production
using a hydro-pneumatic system.

SDE’s sea wave power technology
advantages include Storm resistance, low productions costs of only 2
cents per kW/h, full Utilization of wave energy, from coming and returning
tidal and more.

The company claims that its sea wave power technology
will provide China with clean and cost-efficient source of energy, which
will minimize the pollution ranks in the country, while not harming the steady
economic and industrial growth of the country.

The third model will be a 500Kw power plant that will be
executed in Guangzhou in the nearest future.

SDE to develop sea wave power plants in El Salvador

SDE recently signed a strategic alliance with El
Salvador’s El Esplendor to execute Wave Power Technology in El
Salvador and California. Initially the alliance will focus on
develop a 1 MW Wave power plant and a 10 MW commercial plant in El
Salvador.
