Clean Green Energy (CGE) has passed the 300 million kilowatt hour mark this summer with their customers saving this much amount of energy all these years.

This milestone corresponds to $33 million of energy cost savings which is equivalent to powering about 28,000 homes for a year.

Three hundred million kilowatt hours are considered to be equivalent to 450,000,000 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions or similar to planting nearly 170,000 acres of trees.

The company is among the first fifty ESCOs (energy services companies) in US, and sustainability has always been the business model base for the firm, said, Bryan Zaplitny, president, CEO, CGE.

In addition, CGE guarantees and tracks the energy savings done by customers. They work in tie up with businesses, municipalities, schools, and non-profits throughout the US.

With the aid of CGE, six Southeast Michigan Salvation Army locations reduced their total energy consumption by over one million kilowatt hours, saving around $120,000 annually.

CGE also supply sustainable energy through their growing business in wind and solar power purchase agreements.

Next spring the launch of an innovative WIND-e20 technology is going to change the equation for stationary sustainable energy, added Zaplitny.
