Banco Interacciones has joined hands with Envision Energy, China to develop on-shore wind energy projects in Mexico.
The two companies will jointly carry out exploration, structuring, pursuit and installation of projects.
Envision and Interacciones will together explore early stage and developed wind-power projects in the Latin American country.
This strategic alliance with Envision will allow both companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered in Mexico under the new business climate that the recently passed energy reforms will generate in this sector to further foster the Mexican government’s National Infrastructure Plan, stated, Carlos Hank González, CEO, Grupo Financiero Interacciones.
The agreement will be executed with the purpose of strengthening commercial and diplomatic relations between China and Mexico, which has recently been named a priority for both nations.
