Vikram Solar of India has completed the product audit by OST Energy factory in UK confirming them as a partner for solar photovoltaic projects in the UK.
OST Energy has verified the highest efficiency at nominal operating solar cell temperature (NOCT) among other manufacturers audited by OST Energy.
They went through Vikram Solar’s PV production facilities in India and its quality management systems, often demanded by banks such as the Macquarie Bank to release project funds.

Numerous suppliers in the market can create confusion among customers. During primary assessments, the team analyses quality of the product and its components, the module performance, the manufacturing process, overall market acceptance, historical degradation values, product warranties and environmental, health and safety measures.
OST identified Vikram Solar’s quality management system to be wide-ranging and attentively implemented, based on the quality documentation and certifications.
In addition, they conducted performance evaluation tests on random sample modules in their IPSOL Energy PV laboratory to check long durability of products.
