Vista Solar has completed a 44.2 kW solar system for packaging distributor, Container Consulting Service (CCS).
CCS was a perfect candidate for solar. With high energy consumption, a large unobstructed roof space, and customers who care about their carbon footprint, the decision to go solar made sense from every perspective, says, Jennifer Le, Sales Manager, Vista Solar.
The 44.2 kW system at CCS is expected to offset 98 percent of the company’s electricity bill, generating positive cash flow savings from day one.
The growing 25-year savings will add up to $500,000 and the system will generate over 67,000 kilowatt of clean energy, offsetting 50 tons of carbon emissions, enough energy to power 6.4 homes annually.
With 65 percent growth in the last five years, smart ways were necessary to manage growing energy consumption with the help of Vista Solar, says, Will Trefts, GM, CCS.
Construction on the system was completed in just 8 days, for which highly efficient Suniva modules and SMA TriPower inverters were used.
