Pace Charging Group, an electric vehicle infrastructure company, has installed their second electric vehicle charging unit at Mystic Aquarium, New England’s hands-on-aquarium.

The installed unit is a Level II dual port station, capable of charging two cars at the same time at 7.2 kW (208/240 VAC @ 30 A) output each via the standard SAE J1772 connector.

Pace Charging Group founder, Ken Fields, said, “The Aquarium and the surrounding Town of Mystic, Connecticut is a much loved and recognized member of the New England community. The Aquarium’s dedication to protecting our oceans and our environment provides a perfect complement to Pace Charging’s mission to help facilitate a cleaner, more sustainable transportation network.”
