Beijing Capital Group to represent WERPO in China

WERPO, a renewable sea wave technology firm, said the state-run Beijing Capital Group (BCG) will represent WERPO in China.

Both firms will aid in implementing sea-wave energy in China in a bid for assisting with country’s energy needs.

WERPO’s technology is based on the utilization of sea waves’ rise and fall to yield hydraulic pressure that produces electricity, while exploiting the potential of wave speed, height, depth and currents beneath the surface of the water.

China is a strategic location for WERPO with its vast expanse of oceans having the potential to supply enough energy.

Solar energy has been proven to be not much economical and wind turbines find it difficult to survive in extreme weather conditions in China. Environmental concern and climate changes have been a matter of concern for China in recent times.

Through this relationship both companies target to achieve their expansion goals in future, adapting changes in country’s energy sector by introducing a unique technology.

In a recent development, WERPO partnered with SEEDSOWERS Investors and Developers in the Caribbean, with further expansion plans into regions in Latin America and South America.

WERPO signed a partnership agreement with SEEDSOWERS, appointing Hugh V Jarvis as president /CEO of SEEDSOWERS, as WERPO’s local representative in these areas.
