Johnsen, who will act as an investment manager within the hydropower team, will coordinate the transactions in the renewable energy sector and will be the contact for business partners and investors on-site, the company said.

Commenting on the new role, Joakim Johnsen, said, “Aquila Capital is stepping up its activities in the renewable energy sector in the Nordic countries and I’m looking forward to working with the team to continue the firm’s success in this space.”
