CaptureSolar, solar energy producers, forged an alliance for $125 million from Concept Solutions and Innovation for building a new power plant in Pune, reported Business Standard.
Concept Solutions and Innovations are Cyprus based photovoltaic solar solutions providers.
CaptureSolar has plans to develop a 90MW solar park in Pune, out of which the firm at the moment received an aid for 75 MW from this Cyprus group, reported the news agency quoting company officials.
Concept Solutions in future will keep on contributing technology solutions necessary for the project.
Concept group is a commission holder of Danish based turnkey PV firm DanSolar International, and they are already having a technical agreement with CaptureSolar.
The collaborative approach of the company with technical partners and investors are effective in delivering a cost-efficient PV solution, reported the news agency as quoted by CaptureSolar officials.
The power park will be commissioned and ready to generate power by the March of next year, news agency added.
