ReneSola, an energy-efficient clean energy solutions provider, has sold its 34.6-megawatt Port Farms utility scale project in the United Kingdom to Foresight Solar Fund.
The project is the second that ReneSola has sold to Foresight Group, an independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager. In July, ReneSola had sold the 6.4-MW Field House project to other funds managed by Foresight.
The Port Farms project utilizes Virtus II modules of ReneSola and was connected to the grid in March. It had qualified for the 1.4 ROC scheme of the United Kingdom.
