Cyclone Power Technologies to present at International Steam Power Conference

By GreenTech Lead Team: Cyclone Power Technologies,
developer of the all-fuel, clean-tech Cyclone Engine, announced
that it will be the lead sponsor and presenter at the first annual technical
conference of the Steam Automobile Club of America (SACA) and the International
Association for the Advancement of Steam Power (IAASP).

“This is going to be an important event for anyone
interested in learning about cutting edge advancements in steam power. Cyclone
is pleased to be on the front lines, leading the charge in this rapidly growing
field. Being part of this conference and the IAASP allows us to showcase our
technology and meet other talented people who we can both learn from and
collaborate with,” said Frankie Fruge, Cyclone’s COO,
and director of both the IAASP and SACA,

The event will
be held at the California Auto Museum, in Sacramento, CA, from January 13-15.
Inventors and developers of steam engines, steam automobiles, modern steam
locomotives, and small-scale steam power generators will participate in the
event.

The conference will feature technical and scientific
sessions with modern steam power pioneers, analyzing the latest developments in
the field.

At the event the Team Steam USA will showcase
streamliner, the fastest steam-powered car, powered by Cyclone’s 100hp Mark V
engine.

Cyclone recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire
the assets and business of Advent Power Systems, Cyclone’s exclusive
military licensee since 2006. Advent is currently a prime contractor with the
U.S. Army / Tank Command (TACOM) in a Phase I project utilizing Cyclone’s
engine technology to build a prototype 10kW auxiliary power unit for use in
U.S. combat vehicles.
