GameChange Solar, a provider of solar tracker and fixed tilt racking technology, solidified a significant agreement by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bison Energy during the All Energy Australia Exhibition & Conference in Melbourne on October 26th.

This strategic MOU heralds a collaborative partnership between the two entities, aimed at ushering in five solar projects totaling over 125 MW into the burgeoning Australian market. As part of this collaboration, GameChange Solar will furnish its Genius Tracker for Bison Energy’s development initiatives situated in New South Wales and Victoria.

Bison Energy, a private multinational firm operating as a developer, investor, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and asset owner focused on eco-friendly renewable energy ventures, is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Bison Energy boasts a global presence with offices in Europe, Southeast Asia, America, and the Australia/New Zealand region. Bison Energy Australia has been actively engaged in Australian development endeavors since 2017, with the illustrious 350 MW Walla Walla solar farm standing as a testament to its accomplishments.

Over time, the company has cultivated an extensive pipeline encompassing solar farms of various capacities, including hybrid solar farms integrating energy storage, alongside standalone energy storage projects.
