Huasun Sets New Power Output Record for Heterojunction Photovoltaic Modules

Huasun HJT Solar Modules

Huasun has once again pushed the boundaries of solar energy innovation. The Huasun Himalaya G12-132 Heterojunction (HJT) solar module has secured a new power output record of 750.544W, certified by TUV SUD, a leading third-party testing and certification institution. This achievement comes merely six weeks after Huasun’s previous groundbreaking accomplishment in late September.

The Himalaya G12-132 module is a testament to cutting-edge design, featuring double-sided microcrystalline G12-20BB HJT cells meticulously crafted at Huasun’s Xuancheng Phase IV HJT Cell Project. The Head of the R&D Center proudly reveals that the average mass-production efficiency of these cells has reached an outstanding 25.8 percent, marking a substantial 0.5 percent increase in just three months since the project’s production commencement.

This success is attributed to significant strides in cell efficiency, coupled with the refinement of the PIB + light conversion film encapsulation process. As a result, the Himalaya G12-132 HJT module has surpassed its own record set merely six weeks ago, achieving a remarkable 6W increase over the previous 744.43W record.

Expressing confidence in their continuous pursuit of excellence, the Head of Huasun R&D Centre states that they plan to keep breaking records in cell efficiency and module power output. The commitment to introducing new technologies and refining production processes underscores Huasun’s dedication to staying at the forefront of renewable energy innovation.

The latest achievement not only highlights Huasun’s technological prowess but also signifies a significant leap forward in the global effort to harness clean and sustainable energy. As the demand for efficient solar solutions continues to rise, Huasun’s groundbreaking advancements position them as a key player in shaping the future of photovoltaic technology.
