JinkoSolar Holding, a leader in solar module manufacturing, has introduced its latest innovation, the Neo Green panels.

JinkoSolar’s N-type TOPCon Tiger Neo panels are distinguished by their production in factories certified as “Zero Carbon” by TUV Rheinland, marking a significant achievement in JinkoSolar’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Earning the “Zero Carbon Factory” certification from TUV Rheinland underscores JinkoSolar’s pioneering status in the renewable energy industry. The recognition extends across various manufacturing stages, including Silicon Ingot Manufacturing, Silicon Wafer Cutting, Solar Cell Manufacturing, and Solar Module Manufacturing. This milestone highlights the company’s dedication to fostering innovation while prioritizing environmental responsibility.

The initial 5GW capacity of Neo Green panels represents years of intensive research and development efforts. JinkoSolar has meticulously integrated environmentally conscious practices throughout its vertically integrated supply chain, leveraging renewable energy sources such as solar, hydro, and wind power in its factories located in Leshan, Chuxiong, and Shangrao.

JinkoSolar, as part of environmental objectives, aims to achieve 100 percent renewable energy consumption for its manufacturing processes. This initiative is complemented by the company’s commitment to expanding the use of recycled materials, adopting electric trucks and LNG-powered ships for transportation, and gradually reducing plastic usage in packaging.

Dany Qian, Vice President of JinkoSolar, expressed pride in the release of the Neo Green Panels, emphasizing the company’s dedication to sustainability.
