THERMA-HEXX opens new facility in New Hampshire

Therma-HEXX has announced the opening of their new facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

The 6,000-square-foot facility will produce the ThermaPANEL product line for heating and cooling of walkways, plaza pavers and other pedestrian walking areas.

The ThermaPANEL system is known as the “invisible solar collector” due to the unique way it collects and redistributes solar energy.

The production facility consists of an assembly line, and the company expects to produce job vacancies for 25 employees over the next few years.

In 2011, the company received a New Hampshire Green Launching Pad grant that played a major role in expanding their presence in the marketplace, said, Robert Barmore, president, CEO, Therma-HEXX.

The efforts of the company are focused on very specific segments of the market. ThermaPANEL offers a wide range of applications and the research and development efforts will fine tune and expand it in future, said, Barmore.

ThermaPANEL is totally an American product that can be completely recycled and can contribute to LEED certification.

The new Therma-HEXX production facility is located at 199 Constitution Avenue in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
